The Terms for Your Journey
The cancellation rules for your trip are supplied in your written quotation and booking confirmation. These documents set out applicable deadlines, charges, refund eligibility and any separate supplier conditions. MUKA does not apply a single published percentage schedule to every itinerary.
Requesting a Cancellation
Email info@mukaethiopiatours.com with your booking reference, lead traveler name, travel dates and the services you wish to cancel. Ask for written acknowledgement. If you have not received a response, contact the team by phone or WhatsApp to check that your request was received.
How Charges & Refunds Are Assessed
The team will review your request against the terms you accepted and explain any applicable charges and refund amount in writing. Flights, accommodation or other supplier services may have their own conditions where these were included in your booking documents. Do not assume that a deposit, unused service or optional activity is refundable without checking the applicable terms.
Changing Dates or Travelers
A date change, name change or reduction in traveler numbers may affect availability and the trip price. Send your request before making replacement arrangements. MUKA will explain whether the change can be accommodated and any revised costs or terms for your approval.
Disruption & Changes by MUKA
If transport disruption, access restrictions or other circumstances affect a planned journey, contact us to discuss the options available under your booking terms. An alternative itinerary, postponement or refund is assessed against those terms and the actual services involved; this page does not promise the same outcome for every situation.
Travel Insurance & Records
Check your insurance provider’s cancellation cover, exclusions and claim procedure independently. Keep your quotation, confirmation, payment records and correspondence. Ask MUKA for relevant booking documentation if your insurer needs it.
